Timberlake's membership software records every financial activity in an online ledger. Entries are automatically created by the system for web-based transactions. Staff also have the option to manually enter information through simple menus. Advanced sorting capabilities create views that can show financial activities for a specific event, over a range of time or by staff-defined accounting categories and codes.
Timberlake is configured to support multiple merchant providers including SAGE Payment Solutions, Authorize.Net and PayFlowPro. The credit card authorization codes are stored with each successful transaction instead of the credit card numbers to limit your association’s liability yet still provide easy reconciliation.

Member Manager includes special payment options for memberships and event registrations that can incorporate discounts, promotional codes and one-time fees into the payment process. Staff can set up discount codes and determine how many can be used before they expire and what e-commerce activities they can be used for. One-time fees can be inserted in forms to collect set up fees and donations.
Create and manage invoices for individuals and organizations. The invoices can be created individually or batched. Member Manager creates batch dues renewal invoices automatically. Invoices are created, available for staff review and then approved (posted) to the system. As payment is received, the amount received can be applied to the outstanding invoice. Account balances are automatically updated. Members have the ability to view all invoices via the member portal. Staff can apply credits towards any outstanding item or a future invoice.
Timberlake does not take any percentage of any ecommerce transaction processed through the membership management software.
Members and your association staff can view history on all transactions, detailed receipts, paid, unpaid and partially paid invoices online. Via the member portal, members can automatically apply payment with a credit card to any outstanding balance.
