About Timberlake

Welcome and thank you for spending a few minutes with Timberlake.

Located in Fairfax, Virginia and launched in 1996, Timberlake delivers membership management software to small-staffed associations. We help you reduce costs through technology made simple and provide quality customer support that builds long-term relationships.

All of the software is web-based and includes membership and dues management, website content management, event management with registration, membership self-service, committee management, online membership directory, invoicing, job boards, surveys, blogging and more.

Our company is privately held and founded on the belief that membership management software and our associated web-based solutions should be simple to use and cost-effective.  While the software is easy to use, it can only be as strong as the support behind it.  Our highly-skilled support team is proven and has been very successful assisting small staffed associations and ensuring that they are able to leverage all of the features offered.

We are an active member of ASAE – The American Society of Association Executives.  Timberlake’s team also participates on boards in various member-based organizations.  Timberlake’s CEO and President, Brian Choate recently served as Chairman of the Board for a Virginia-based chamber of commerce.  These experiences have provided valuable insights that continue to support our endeavor to build easy-to-use membership software that is dedicated to the small association market.

These activities combined with new ideas and features recommended by our clients support Timberlake’s on-going endeavor to ensure that our membership management software is continually evolving and improving.
